Hi,

I emailed the support twice today, but the emails bounced back.....

I purchased a domain and hosting plan on 18th, but I still cannot upload. I had the same problem last week and it was something at your end.

Also, I cannot seem to upload any of my older sites via frontpage. It says that the server is not recognised.

I would be grateful if you could let me know what is happening.
