Post 2 domains on 1 package (sharing resources?)

hi, i currently have a linux power package with catalyst2 and i wanted to move another domain to the same package so that it can share the resources (bandwidth, email accounts, mysql, etc) effectively having 2 domains on 1 package.

after searching and searching some more on these forums it seems that i must buy an addon domain (£10/year). that sounds good, but will that fit my needs as stated above? also will i have new pop3 server address (eg mail.newdomain.com) and new ftp (ftp.newdomain.com) in addition to keeping my existing pop3 and ftp server addresses?

most importantly if i get this addon domain can i then make pop3 email accounts with the new domain (eg support@newdomain.com) while keeping my existing email accounts with the exisiting domain (support@existingdomain.com).

ive probably made this sound a lot more complicated than it actually is, but thats just my confusion.

thanks in advance if ne1 can help me.
