I'm looking to set up a new domain for a customer. I already have a personal site and want to recommend the next level up for a site I'm designing. I assume I just need to add a new package to my exisiting account but I have one small issue. The company I'm designing the site for had their URL registered by their previous developer and they haven't got the details of where it was registered.

I know they own the domain as I have done a whois look up. however I'm not sure what details I'll need to transfer it. Is it just the URL and you handel the rest?
