No.

SQL Express is just the new version of msde (MsSql Desktop Edition), it's licence if for desktop use only. It's the same engine that is used in MSSQL2005 but very scalled down. There is no (and will be no) licenece to run it in a shared hosting enviroment. It also is not powerful enough to be run on cat2.

It's most likly that you'll see SQL Server 2005, but again it wont' be until after it has been released and all issues with it have been found and fixed. There's also a bit of a learning curve for cat2 to go through, to be able to manage a sql server with the CLR in it!

Also thinking about it, it may well depend on when Helm support for it is released. But I suspect that that will be done in good time.
