DNS Record on another Domain

I have a client who's hosting with another ISP has gone belly up, one month later and they still have no FTP access to upload their site.

I can alter the DNS entries via the other ISP's control panel, so I have registered the relevant .com domain on Catalyst and I want to alter the DNS on the other ISP so that the .co.uk domain there points to the .com domain on Catalyst.

Question is, what IP do I use in the other ISPs A record? The name servers for all the domians I have here are the same. I want the MXrecord to stay on the other ISP at the moment.

As you can probably tell I'm at the limit of my IP knowledge! I can't rely on any help from the other ISP (Legend Communications BTW, steer well clear!) as their response for the last month has been "its with 3rd line support!!!"

Thanks in advance
