Answer sofar is: You need to enable the file manager resource etc on the users plan

Looked Left, Right, Up, Down, Under, Over, Inside, out of helm but no luck.

anyone know direct path to enabling this feature?

Power plan.

When you are configuring a plan its under web resources.

Very strange indeed. I dont see Mime Editor either

When I'm managing packages I see the same as Dreamy. (I also have a Power reseller package). Any thoughts?

Still cant access file manager

Kinda stuck at the moment as i REALY need access to the file manager.
