file manager
Answer sofar is: You need to enable the file manager resource etc on the users plan
Looked Left, Right, Up, Down, Under, Over, Inside, out of helm but no luck. anyone know direct path to enabling this feature? Power plan.

Very strange indeed. I dont see Mime Editor either
