Angry Inflexible Billing

I've been trying to alert you to a billing query for several days now - but I am just getting automated hints that the website will be pulled unless I pay up.
I want to change from a YEARLY to a MONTHLY payment for www.foxpop.co.uk as the site is currently closed and may not be re-opening, but NO-ONE IS LISTENING!!
There doens't seem to be a way to adjust the payment through the HELM control panel.
CAN YOU SORT THIS OUT for me rather than just keep on billing me for an entire year!!!!

Em you actually opened a ticket then someone else emailed me directly. What i took from that email was to ignore the ticket.

Unfortunately i cant put my finger on the email at the moment (apologies), if it could be resent i can get this sorted for you.

Paul
Did you get my resend e-mail?
It's now 36 hours since I sent it and my billing still hasn't been altered!
Getting desperate

OK
I understand the overflowing Inbox!
Just as long as the website doesn't get pulled before we can get the billing back on track
