I've been trying to alert you to a billing query for several days now - but I am just getting automated hints that the website will be pulled unless I pay up.
I want to change from a YEARLY to a MONTHLY payment for www.foxpop.co.uk as the site is currently closed and may not be re-opening, but NO-ONE IS LISTENING!! There doens't seem to be a way to adjust the payment through the HELM control panel. CAN YOU SORT THIS OUT for me rather than just keep on billing me for an entire year!!!! |

Em you actually opened a ticket then someone else emailed me directly. What i took from that email was to ignore the ticket.
Unfortunately i cant put my finger on the email at the moment (apologies), if it could be resent i can get this sorted for you. |
