Helm Flash Tutorial for file manager doesn't work

how do i upload files?

i added my domain in today, any idea when it will be up and running?

i paid for that £15 a year 250mb deal

i didn't realise that you had to go into your package before adding your domain

so i added in a domain from the "front page", rather than from my package page,

and now it says i have to pay £40? shall i just leave it? can you cancel it for me? or do i "have" to pay for it? :/....

Slightly confussed to your problems but I'll have a shot.

To upload to your site you can simply use windows explorer. Go to ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com using the username and password as set in Helm.

Domains can take up to 72hrs to work properly. This isn't a problem with Cat2 systems but more the problem with how domains are registered.

What is it saying you have to pay £40 for? You have to pay for everything, just like a shop! It maywell be for a domain you bought, domains are not included in the price of your Cat2 package.

erm....

i accidently ordered an extra domain, thinking i was adding in a domain from my package i bought

and now it says i have to pay £40 for this 2 year domain

You need to raise a ticket with Paul. If the registration has gone through then you will need to pay for it, wether you want it or not!
