Extra traffic

Hej,

Just a question: I'm on the PowerXtra Plan and normally I use between 7-10 GB traffic per month. Once I had much more, so I needed to buy extra traffic chunks (several month ago) and forgotten to care about. When I check Helm now, I reach the 10 GB limit (10.01 GB traffic to be exact) but Helm is not about to complain. Obviously the bought extra traffic is still in action. I thought it would be one-time?

So the questions are :

1) Extra traffic = one time fee? (I think so)
2) Or must it be recurringly paid? (the balance is even. so I guess not)
3) is just a helm bug?

Jenny,

When you purchase an extra feature, it will be recurring. In the case of bandwidth, every month. Currently you cannot purchase one of extra features, this is hopefully something that will be sorted out in future versions of Helm.

Jacob

Well, if it's to be paid recurringly then HELM doesn't work. It is not beeing added to my bill (I'm paying yearly). I only needed it once. So as long as don't need to pay for something I don't need currently... who cares?

Jenny,

Your account does not show up any extra features. This would be why you are not paying for it.

I hope this explains what is going on, if not I would suggest you open a ticket.

Kind Regards,

Jacob
