Probably best off opening a ticket by going to http://support.catalyst2.com or sending an email to support@catalyst2.com

yeah but when i try to look at the status it says invalid ticket ID, and thats either clicking on the link in the email or typing manually or copy/pasting the ID

Try submitting a new ticket by emailing support@catalyst2.com and then post the ticket ID.

k, i know have two tickets that dont work..
Ticket ID: QIY-35830 Ticket Key: ******** Subject: Adding MySQL Users Department: General Ticket ID: DOA-22785 Ticket Key: ******** Subject: Adding MySQL Users Department: General both come back with errors, all i want to do is add a user like it says i can!! Quote:
