Activating ODBC Driver

I am trying to use an ODBC driver to gain access to an external database form my ASP.NET web pages, but I get the following error:

The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator or change the application's trust level in the configuration file.

[SecurityException: That assembly does not allow partially trusted callers.]

I included the assembly "DbisamClient.dll" in my project and uploaded it to the web site with my pages.

Is there any way that I can get this to run?
