Exporting SQL Server Express 2005 databases

Hi

I'm trying to upload a local SQL Server Express 2005 database to Catalyst2's SQL Server 2005 and could so with some helpful pointers as to the best way to achieve this.

I downloaded Microsoft SQL Server Database Publishing Wizard but I'm unable to connect to Cat2.

There doesn't appear to be any import option on myLittleAdmin fro SQL Server 2005.

I presume it's a straightforward procedure. Could anyone share their pearls of wisdom with me

Unfortunatly Catalyst2 does not have a the requirements of MS SQL Publishing Wizard, but you can export to a sql file and then run that file against your database in sql server management studio express or I think from with in myLittleAdmin
