but yet it isnt active

i bought it the sunday and i want to know why isnt active??

It doesn't have appeared to be registered.

Suggest you raise a ticket if you've paid for it.

If you haven't paid for it you will need to before it gets registered.

i bought the service Mega deal and this includes the domain

but the domain in control manage is in colour red

Is it linux or windows hosting? As far as I am aware, no hosting packages provided by c2 include a domain name.
