Domain not even registered with NIC UK?

Hi,

I've just registered a domain, yesterday, and it hasn't even shown up in the UK NIC WHOIS database!

I want to start working on it as soon as possible, and want to start FTPing stuff in. How do I do this when the domain isn't active?

I've tried creating a temporary URL, but can't view the holding page or even resolve the name while at work.

How can I get FTPing?

Cheers,

jola

You can ftp to 213.230.202.15 with your username and password. Try setting up the temporary url once you have ftped some files....

Jacob

Great, that's worked, and I've put all my files up and can use the temporary URL. Thanks for your help.

However, my domain still hasn't propagated. I registered this yesterday at 3pm. Should I be worried?

ok, it is probably going through the system still but for your peace of mind you might like to open a ticket (send an email to support@catalyst2.com) for the admin team to check it out.

Regards,

Jacob
