Cheers for the last reply. However, I have set up the domain registration as indicated, but when you type in the Domain Name www.regwhite.co.uk it re-directs to UKReg.com - what needs to happen to see the site parked on catalyst2 page?

Hi Chris

To make this pick up your site that you have setup within Helm you need to login to your UKREG control panel and do the following:

1 - Click on configure domains and select your domain name
2 - Click on Modify name servers
3 - Change Primary name server to ns1.active-ns.com
4 - Change Secondary name server to ns2.active-ns.com
5 - Click next and then wait 24-48 hours for the change to propogate round the web.
6 - Then you will see your domain loading up whatever you have under your catalyst 2 server space.
