Adding a domain without transfer

Hi,

I've raised a ticket but have not received any correspondence to either email address.

I wish to add a domain but HELM tells me to contact my host.

Please can you do this for me.

The domain I am webmaster of is purehalal.co.uk
The domain I wish to add is www.omca.org.uk - I will then point the name servers to yours.

Do you have ticket ID?

If you wish to add a domain into helm, you would need to purchase a new package (you can only have one domain per package) and then you would be able to add the domain into Helm. You could then change the nameservers on the domain and it would all start working in between 12 to 72 hours.

Thanks, thought I read you could add a domain somewhere without having to get another package.
