2 domains, 2 websites, 1 wwwroot - help?
Hopefully the thread title explains my problem, but basically I have added another hosting account to my existing account so that I could host two seperate websites. My problem is, I can only get one site to display at a time by placing my index.htm file in the \wwwroot folder. How do I get around this? I clearly need a distinction between the location of my two websites' index files.
Can you help? |

If you added these domains in helm as seperate sites there is no way they can share the same wwwroot, are you sure you are using different ftp usernames and passwords to access each site?

you're right... i think my problem was that I set the ftp access for both sites to new folders that I created instead of to the wwwroot (I have domains with another host and they share the wwwroot and addon domains go in seperate folders). When that didn't work, I moved one sites ftp access back into the wwwroot then got confused as to where I would put the other one... now I can see they're in completely different wwwroots.
thank you |
