Domain timing out

There seems to be a problem with our domain timing out: www.multibase.com.au on ip 213.230.202.13. Have submitted a ticket IKL-10436 but no response as yet. Just need to know where to start.

Your dns is out of date, all the IP's for Catalyst2 have been updated. You should have been emailed about this.

Thank you for that. Will update our DNS. Did not recieve an email about this but will update info about email address in HELM.
