How do I change the default page

I have just purchased some webspace and had my domain name changed to point here. However, the default page is _holding.htm.
I want to change it to index.htm

Hi,

As soon as you upload a file called index.htm, it will be displayed as the default page. You can also just delete the _holding page now anyway.
