Domain name probs

Hi,
I have a domain with 123-reg which is currently being forwarded to free webspace.
I have bought webspace here and have added the domain in helm, I have changed the name servers at 123reg to pointo to yours.

Now what do I need to do? Do I need to disable web forwarding at 123 reg? If I do, I get the 123reg holding page, should I get a catalyst one?

Any help appreciated.

if you have changed the dns then all you need do is wait for propagation (around 24-48 hours) to complete
