Webmail, Is the Spam Filler back???

A few weeks ago everything seemed to be pants with the email and the introduction of the Spam filter. I liked it and am I wrong in believing it's back?

I had a folder that I'd called "SPAM" in my Webmail, then I had two, the new one was catching all my mail, so I deleted mine, there where lot's of issues and Catalyst had to take the filter down.

This morning a "SPAM" folder appear again, GREAT, but...

Trying to delete mail I get:

Yeah, I stared "****" my address, my point is the email didn't go until you when to another folder then returned.

Keep the good work up Catalyst, hope you sort this one out without too much trouble.

The spam filter is not back on as it was causing problems. If you open a ticket we can look at any issues you are having.

Well then if nothing has changed, then I have a problem and I will open a ticket.

But I think your having too many problems of the last few weeks, as other tickets I have opened of recent have not been answered, ignored or lost I don't know.

As a general thing I have found a deleted folder ("my" SPAM) in my webmail, has reappeared on a Monday morning for two week running, that seems like a glitch to me.

Off to open a ticket I will not hold my breath...
