recurring error

I set up my email account nearly a year ago and no problems until about 8 weeks ago. I can recieve mail but when i try to send it I get the following message.
Unable to connect to server (Account: 'mail.frettons.co.uk', SMTP server: 'mail.frettons.co.uk', Error number: 0x800ccc0e)
Any ideas or do I raise a ticket.
Thanks, Simon

No firewall configured. Norton not on. Cant' reply to ticket as outgoing mails not working at the moment. Very sporadic. I keep pressing F5 and maybe get 1 or 2 mails out per day.

If webmail is working then it would indicate the mail account itself is fine, the issue is with your computer connecting to the mail server. Have you tried deleting and re-adding the account as per instructions at:

Have you tried a different mail client?

Regards,

Jacob
