Email rules
Hi all,
Are the email server rules enabled? On webmail I have set up a rule to delete any emails that have a specific 'To' address, this address is from a domain I bought and one of the email accounts has spam going to it and hence onto my email account (this account is a catch all account). The rules are enabled but even my test messages are getting through but I have the rule set up to delete. Any ideas. B |

Hi,
I have just tested both client and server side rules and they are both working correctly. Regards, Jacob

Server side rules occur as soon as the mail server receives your email before it is ever viewed in your mail client or in webmail.
Client side rules occur once the email is downloaded into your mail client or shown in webmail. Regards, Jacob
