Sending to Hotmail accounts

Afternoon,

I appear to have a problem sending emails to Hotmail accounts.
I have tried with other accounts (yahoo, 'local') which work fine but Hotmail emails are coming through.

This is true of both my sites I have running. Whether they are sent by CDOSYS or via IceWarp, neither work.

There is no error message, they just disappear!

Anyone else suffering this?

Hi,

I have just sent a test to hotmail from webmail and it came through straight away. Have you checked your Junk Mail in hotmail?

I certainly have...it's one I keep asking our users

Tis certainly very strange - just been doing more testing and if I send from yahoo to hotmail then it works, going back the other way works.
But from icewarp and the sites, it doesn't

Will contact a few more Hotmail users and see if they are receiving anything.

I have the same problem as pinewoodblue, but it has only started happening with my co.uk domain name, I had a .com, and decided that I wanted to use my co.uk for email instead, and since then my emails are not being delivered to Hotmail accounts.

At first I thought it was Hotmail being slow, but its not, I can send email from gmail and other email accounts, but from webmail or even using Mail on my mac, still doesn always work, sometimes its delayed, takes a few days.

Has your problem been resolved? I will open a support ticket aswell.

Hi, it looks as if it has - not sure what the solution was, but the mail did go down for a while so perhaps a 'reboot' did the trick!

Have tested today and so far so good
