Hi, Can someone help me set up my pop3 account. I have my address: mail@gamingdevil.com (its registered on helm).

Just wondering what i type in on Microsoft Office Outlook to access it, comes up with the following options:

(After i click on POP3 - if i did that right)

User Information
Your Name:
E-mail Address:

Logon Information
User Name:
Password:

Server Information
Incoming mail sever (POP3):
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):

yep, but i can recieve mail but get an error message when i try to send a message out?

What error do you get?

When you set up the account you have in the advanced/more options to use the same username and password to send email through SMTP. This will stop your emails being bounced by anti-spam filters.
