DNS Records for Email

I am trying to point the DNS records for an externally hosted domain to my Cat2 domain. Web works but Email is not. Could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong. This is what they read at present. (mydomain.com obviously replaced by my real domain and I'm on Strawberry 84.18.207.39). Thanks.

@ A 84.18.207.39
www A 84.18.207.39
mail A 213.230.202.11
smtp A 213.230.202.11

mail and smtp point to Cat2's old IP's (not sure if they still work or not)

For windows mail's IP is: 84.18.207.4
