New account email problem

Hi,

I have recently set up a new hosting deal and domain. All seems fine apart from the email. Login to the webmail is ok but a couple of test mails have not arrived at their destination and some I have sent to the webmail from my own email account have been returned as undeliverable.

Do you know why this should be?

Please can you open a ticket with the email account details.
