PTR records?

Hi,
I have been asked to create a PTR record for one of my websites being hosted. This should get around a mail bouncing problem with AOL and other ISP's by reverse dns mapping their external IP address to mail.theirdomain.com.

Is this possible via Helm? I can see the options for A / CName and Text but no reference to PTR - and I'm not sure any of those options will provide the reverse DNS facility.

Thanks, Ant

Hi,

We already setup rdns for our mailserver entries, if its their IP on an adsl connection you would need to ask their isp to do that for you.
