Not receiving external emails
Hi Guys,
We are not receiving any external emails. I am able to send an email to myself through your smtp server, but when the email originates outside the catalyst2 network, we do not receive them. There have been no admin changes to the account our end in the last day or so. The last successful email received was yesterday around 18:30. I have checked your server status pages, scanned the forums and added a ticket (over 2 hours ago), but usually receive a response before now. The ticket id is [SOW-969261]. I have also noticed a small bug in your ticketing system, once the ticket has been submitted, clicking the [refresh] button on the browser, resubmits the original ticket, rather than just refreshing the page.
