Horde Problem?

My server is on banana a while ago i got a mail box full message, probebly becuase of all the spam, i logged in tonight to check the online mail program horde to find that it has all gone, which is great news as it was all spam, but i now cant see my own email and my wifes in horde the directories that were there are gone, however i can stillr ecieve email on my mac?

Can some explain?
