Callback setup failed while verifying

Hi,

I have someone trying to email me who is getting the following bounce error:

The following addresses had delivery problems:

<myemail@domainhostedbycatalyst2.com>
Permanent Failure: 550-Callback_setup_failed_while_verifying_<senderemail @comcast.net>
Delivery last attempted at Wed, 25 Apr 2007 04:22:51 -0000

Is Catalyst2 implementing callback verification and rejecting emails where this fails? If this is the case then it would be nice if at least a more detailed error response was returned describing how the callback failed. Or is there something else going on?

Cheers,
Seb

Seb,

Does the bounce say which of our mailservers it was trying to connect to?

Sorry, in trying to hide my email address from SPAMbots I have probably hidden vital information from you

The server was probably blueberry.catalyst2.com
Unless it was the backup MX which is usmx.linux.catalyst2.com
