receiving emails issues

Hi

I'm having a brain block here!

My client has been on holiday and just returned to 1700 emails, the majority of which are spam. He uses microsoft outlook to collect emails and whenever he clicks send and receive it closes down outlook and returns him to the general windows desktop.

I thought it might be something in one of the emails so we've been onto icewarp and deleted everything apart from 4 legitimate emails but its still doing it?

Anyone go any suggestions? Could it be an issue with his ISP? He's got no problems sending or viewing the internet.

Thanks

Kate

I've had the same problem. We only use the webmail feature, not outlook.
