Mail forwarding not working?

I have set up a mail forward in cPanel but it's just not working. I'm forwarding email from gavin [ a t ] samnewswire.co.uk (which is hosted with Catalyst2) to an outside email account. I still receive email to samnewswire as normal but it's not forwarded at all.

Any ideas?

Is it forwarding to a BT/Yahoo address?

Hey Paul

Nope, to my mac.com account. Removed the settings and replaced them several times in the control panel. Still no luck. Any ideas?

Could you please open a support ticket so we can look into this further, I am not aware of any issues with .mac email accounts atm.
