Question Problems sending to an AOL address

Hi there,

I'm trying to send to an AOL email account, but I keep getting delivery failure messages in return about an hour later. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is it likely to be a problem with the end user? I notice from checking the web that AOL servers appear to be quite aggressive in returning mail, but is this an AOL or a Catalyst2 failure message? Hope you can help!

Many thanks,

Tim

Hi Paul,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I've posted the full text of the message headers below, but removed the user's address for privacy. If you need this detail as well, I can post it in a support ticket for you.

Many thanks,

Tim
