Hi there,
I'm trying to send to an AOL email account, but I keep getting delivery failure messages in return about an hour later. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is it likely to be a problem with the end user? I notice from checking the web that AOL servers appear to be quite aggressive in returning mail, but is this an AOL or a Catalyst2 failure message? Hope you can help! Many thanks, Tim --- Could not deliver message to the following recipient(s): Failed Recipient: xxxx@aol.com Reason: Remote host said: 421 SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE -- The header and top 20 lines of the message follows -- Received: from xxxx.btcentralplus.com [xx.xxx.xxx.xxx] by lemon.mail.hosting.active-ns.com with SMTP; Tue, 29 Jan 2008 19:22:31 +0000 Message-ID: <xxxx@forthechildren.org.uk> Date: Tue, 29 Jan 2008 19:22:28 +0000 From: For the Children <xxxx@forthechildren.org.uk> User-Agent: Thunderbird 2.0.0.9 (Windows/20071031) MIME-Version: 1.0 To: xxxx@aol.com Subject: Re: For the Children Feedback References: <xxxx@strawberry.active-ns.com> In-Reply-To: <xxxx@strawberry.active-ns.com> Content-Type: text/html; charset=windows-1252 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit |

Hi Paul,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I've posted the full text of the message headers below, but removed the user's address for privacy. If you need this detail as well, I can post it in a support ticket for you. Many thanks, Tim --- From - Tue Jan 29 22:46:17 2008 ...
