OK so last month we exceeded our bandwidth on the last day of the month.
Watching the logs carefully this month and there seems to be two biggies cropping up: - The mail space - standing at 170Mb and yesterday used 150mb of bandwidth after some muppet sent us half their library of 10Mb photos! - a russian robot. So I've blocked said robot and moved some mail off the IMAP queue - but is there any way that: 1. instead of if bandwidth is exceeded I get an email when bandwidth is 90% of limit? 2. Using some automation to archive mail say older than 6 months to a text file which I can backup and then never have to touch... you know what folks are like they like having emails for years. |

Hi,
We are currently working on a new system to give better warnings of overages, I dont have a eta on this yet, but once we have a better idea we will let everyone know ![]() Unfortunately we have no way to archive email at the moment, the best thing you can do is download it to your local PC and keep a copy there. |
