Customer service
This being the season of good will, I thought I would give praise where it's due.
I joined Catalyst2 over a year ago, and in that time I have little or no reason for complaint, sure there's been the odd problem but they were sorted out quickly enough. Paul and Chris are always willing to help (I don't think they go home) and nothing is too much trouble. Today for example........ I posted a trouble ticket at 16:20 and through prompt action the problem was sorted in less than 2Hrs. Great service guys. .... Thanks. |

I'll happily second that. Cat2 is run as an amazing company I strongly recommend it to everyone I meet. The dedication is amazing; I don’t think it could be beaten. It's also nice to get a friendly support rather than the standard unemotional support found everywhere else on the net.
I just hope your charging us enough to make all your hard work worth it! (That does not mean I will welcome a pay increase! )Jas

I want to give a million thanks to Catalyst2 - it is positively the most brilliant hosting company in existance.
I have only just joined up, and the infrastructure and ease of setup amazed me. Not to mention the support, which is quick, helpful, and ever-friendly (despite how annoying I'm sure my tickets can get!). The services are brilliant, and it beats all other hosting companies hands down. Thanks again!
