Hi
Transferred my domain to you on the recommendation of a fellow Pipex ASDL customer. So far the service rates about 50/50. Sorry to say it but slow access to HELM, support takes a long time to get back and help not really helpful. Hopefully it will get better as the package is brill.
Can somebody please answer my e-mails?

Slow access to helm - what issues were you experiencing?

Your domain transfer has been completed, we didnt support the transfer of .me.uk names so we had to add this, i though we were pretty quick about it.

Support is pretty quick...experiencing a few delays on server and cannot get to sometimes. The password issue is still there and i would like to reslove..apart from that ...you and package are brill!!
