I thought I would register so that I could thank you guys and Rob especially, for the excellent service and uptime Catalyst2 has provided for my websites. Often people register to get issues sorted or complain but seldom will someone register to say thanks so I thought it might make a pleasent change.

In all my time I have used your services there has only ever been one outage of less than 5 minutes (due to a faulty switch) which you could hardly have foreseen. You quickly switched equipment and the service was returned to your usual excellent level. Whenever I needed help and assistance, again you took the time to help me sort MY issues without any fuss and with great patience.

So thanks for the top service and the personal touch which is so rare these days.
