Just thought I'd mention that Helm and the Catalyst2 service in general is pretty damn good at the moment, had a support query earlier in the month that was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Also added a few of the newer
features to one of our clients packages (Smart Stats and secure folders) and that all works well and the client can't help but be impressed with the stats.

As I said, I don't usually do the "pat on the back" thing, but having been on the wrong end of a clients poor ISPs crummy service recently it makes you appreciate Catalyst2 even more

I do admit myself that Catalyst2 have really impressed me. For the low costs of their packages you get alot more than most webhosting services. I am quite new to the whole "Website" industry, and am seeking help in alot of areas. I am self taught, and im slowly getting better. C2 have given some helpful tips.

Keep it up and im sure you will continue to see a mass increase in members.

I have been using Catalyst2 for just a few months but I have to say that the service when I have had troubles or queries has always been fantastic. I have recommended Catalyst2 to several people and will continue to do so.

I have to make a comment too...

I have used several providers of ISP and Hosting services over the years, and I now unhesitatingly recommend Catalyst2 for hosting when working with clients.

Not only is the service excellent at an extremely competitive price, but Catalyst2 achieve something extremely rare -they have REALLY GOOD customer support.

Questions are answered quickly, helpfully, and Catalyst2 help to solve problems even when they are not strictly of their making.

I have had occasional glitches in service, and once or twice the Catalyst2 mail servers have been blacklisted, but these are nothing compared to the problems I have experienced elsewhere, and at least here you get kept informed.

The offering is exactly what it says on the tin with great customer service.

I run a large charity site on a dedicated Windows server, and I don't think I get all that much more for my money than I get from Cat2. OK so my church web site here doesn't quite have the volume of the charity I work for (over 1meg page impressions a month at the moment) but it all works, and speedily too. And I've not found any serious limitations either - the package is great, so thanks to U guys for an excellent value, excellent service package.

just thought id join the love-in.

I recently did a little 'joke' site that made both the Digg front page and del.icio.us most popular. The site got absolutely battered with hits ( 4.5 gig of transfer in 16 hours! ). C2 held up fine where most sites would bite the dust. v impressive.

I recommend them to all my clients, 2 of whom went for a dedicated server.

Best service provider i deal with bar none.
