24/7/365 Support?

As claimed by the front page.

It's taken 6 hours since I put in a query and no answer.

Have you all got day jobs elsewhere?

Poor service in my book.

But to which address? The one I can't get emails from or the alternatives I gave you and have been checking throughout the day.

Can I ask why you don't have a phone or SMS contact for support?

This is the 2nd time I have problems with mail since I put the site on catalyst 2. The first time you didn't get my email 'cos yours was down too and you didn't notice.

If all the eggs are on one basket, as seems to be the case there, then there needs to be some backup contact method that works.

Some sort of telephone support for either the high end accounts or the resellers would be great.

Only problem when you add telephone support is that the overheads skyrocket.. therefore C2 prices go up

But if it was offered on the high end accounts e.g. reseller accounts (maybe only as an option for addtional cost) I would go for it.

Also if it is an "optional" feature for an additonal cost then it wont cause the price of the rest of the accounts (low end ones) to go up, or thats how i would do it
