Date Format

Any reason why the date for forum posts is shown in USA format ? It's mot immediately apparent which are the latest posts!

Surely most users are UK based and it would make sense to use that format?

It would make more sense to use the International Standard ISO 8601 date format YYYY-MM-DD

I think it would also help if the forums defualt language would be Esperanto!
