Selling a domain name

Hi,
I have been approached by someone in America offering to buy 2 of my domains. He asked me to get an appraisal. I checked out the link he gave me www.FastDomainSales.com - they charge around $40 per domain or they have some software for $65. Does anyone know of another company offering a similar service for less? Also is there a company in the UK who does this too?

if he signs up at the same place as you have the domain can you not just transfer ownership for free and get him to pay you via paypal or something?

Transferring the domain is fine, this guy wants an appraisal of the site to estimate its value.

Surly a domain name is worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it!
