Worldpay callback problem

OK this is a long shot! We are developing an ecommerce site for a customer and it uses WorldPay and we need to use the WorldPay 'callback' facility. When we were testing the callback facility from our own site (hosted on cat2) this worked like a dream. However the customers site is hosted on Easily (don't ask!) and when we run the self same script to read the callback data (sent from WorldPay using POST) it returns no values. So we mocked up a test facility to send test data via POST from our site to that script on their site and guess what? It works fine! ie there is no problem with the script but it appears to be an issue with where the data is coming from. Have Easily some how blocked POST data from WorldPay (but not elsewhere)? Any one else come across this problem (and resolved it)? Naturally if it was under our control we'd simply move them to cat2 - unfortunately this is not possible (for a number of reasons).

Any help greatly appreciated! TIA

I would email the Easily helpdesk and see what they say. Is it possible they block the worldpay IP address on certain hosting packages. Have you tried using the GET method - http://support.worldpay.com/kb/integ...sjig_5120.html ?

Regards,

Jacob

Ah ha! Just found the following in the WorldPay FAQ:

Callback obtained HTTP '403' response
Usually this means either the merchant server is configured to refuse connections from our IP address range, or the URL is slightly wrong (perhaps too many or too few characters).

So Easily are blocking WorldPay IPs! Can you adam and eve it?
