ah forget it.. looks like its probably just an attack on my one of my isp's routers.

Its not an issue, im pointing out the speed of cat2 latlly, which led me to belive there was something wrong, but its just cat2 thats effected, so go figures.

We have no issues currently on our network or servers, if you can provide a traceroute showing an issue on our network I will be more than happy to investigate.

Thats just pipex prefering a different route to us, the routes will sometimes change given how long certian connections have been up etc.

Its the RTT you want to worry about
