I am looking for (and found a forum that I would like to add to a website. I currently have a ticket asking if my website has the facilities to run it. My question is if not, can you recommend a forum that I can use that has the same facilities as this one (with colour/skin changes etc?
The one I fancied is - Invision Power Board Cheers K |

phpBB
Just finished installing phpBB (free) on Pineapple without any problems.
A couple of parts where the learning curve got a bit steep but otherwise it went OK. Very pleased with it, or is that because I was using Cutecast before? www.aer-net.co.uk/phpBB2 |

phpBB http://www.phpbb.com have a very good web site and their Flash tutorials are excellent.
http://www.phpbb.com/support/tutorials/ This page also gives details rewgarding phpBB on Catalyst: http://www.mansuntv.co.uk/forumsetup.html I have no experience of other forums other than Cutecast which you should steer clear of as it is very slow. |

if you're on the Linux package, then its in the cPanel to set a board up for you.
Setting up the board and permissions was a bit hit and miss, but I think I've sorted mine out now... If I can offer any help, please yell... |
