Upgrading
Signed up for the Megadeal the other day - just to test you guys out. And I am pleased to say I am MOST impressed! Way faster than my current hosts. So now what I need is a Reseller package. How do I go about upgrading from Megadeal?

You cant actually upgrade from a standard package to a reseller, you would need to open a new account. We will however credit the amount you paid for the mega deal to your new account.
