Do you have a linux account or a windows account? If you are using a windows account then you need use an FTP program to upload your files. Details on how to set this up can be found here: http://support.catalyst2.com/index.p...EFTP%3C%2Fa%3E

You will need put all the files in the wwwroot folder. The homepage - the first file that users will view should be called index.html or the like.#

Feel free to post any further questions and we can try and help.

Regards,

Jacob

Using windows. Hi Jacob, I have followed the details in email from support and I am getting through to my ftp page BUT it wont accept my username on the login screen. If I use the extract below from the mail my username should be coventrymummers.com but my full url is www.coventrymummers.org.uk so do I add dotcom after my full url?

Your FTP details are as follows:

server: ftp.yourdomain.com
username: yourdomain.com
password: XXXXXXXX

When you typed in your domain name that you added, did you put it www.coventrymummers.org.uk? In which case you it will create www.www.coventrymummers.org.uk, you domain name is coventrymummers.org.uk. If this is the case you need to delete your domain in helm and add it again.

Hope that helps

Jas

Try using 213.230.202.15 instead of ftp.yourdomain.com assuming your on windows, or 213.230.202.60 if your on linux

I suggest you try removing and re-adding your FTP login from Helm. If this still fails then I suggets you raise a ticket.
