How to upgrade phpbb?

Hi guys,

everytime I go onto my forum www.crusaders-ladies.co.uk/forum (created using the install BB function on cpanel) it tells me I need to update to newest release - I have 2.0.18 and the newest version is 2.0.20.

I've checked the update function on cpanel but there is no option to update to 2.0.20....... is this something i need to do manually or will it be added into cpanel at some stage?

Its usually best if you do it manually, just depends when cpanel release the updates and also cpanel upgrade doesnt always maintain the themes and mods etc you install.
