Hi

I have just purchased the SmarterStats package thingy. Anyone know how i get to it?

Hi Lee,

Once you have installed it onto your domain in Helm (it is under statistics) - you will be provided with all the details.

I added the extra facility but the payment had not been taken so the option wasn't showing. However, when I login now I get:

'SmarterStats could not reach the SmarterStats Service that processes your logs. Please contact your administrator for assistance.'

Is this my fault again?

It now working. Must have just taken a little while to do whatever it does??

Yea, it can take an hour or so to process the first run of stats.
