HUGE problem.

I've been trying for the last half hour to access my FTP.

I found that you must use a program (In my case, Microsoft Frontpage) to upload anything, and since my hard drive was wiped, I lost what little knowledge I knew in terms of actually accessing my ever-changing FTP account.

It seems I can never understand my password, as it won't let me have one of my own, since when I go to the 'Update Your FTP Account' page, it shows me my username, my IP, my FTP server, and a small place where I can type my password, then confirm that password. However, when I type my OWN password into it, and hit 'Save', it does not save these changes, and I am forever puzzled by what that password could possibly be.

I've looked in my e-mail, my hard drives, and everywhere else it could be, but to no avail.

Is there some way I could possibly find out what this mystery password is, or how I could change it? It will NOT let me log onto my FTP, or change anything about it. Please, tell me you have a solution!
